OUR ANSWER

After a phase of consultation and advice with the MOTILDE design department, the choice is made on a MOOV type room which includes the following features:

– A visiopanel with two screens: a very large interactive screen and a large passive screen

– A powerful collaborative tool allowing everyone to share their content at any time but also to annotate and enrich the content of other participants

– A High Definition videoconference connected to a high-performance internet link (guaranteed symmetrical 12MB EFM link)

– A furniture set totally geared towards collaboration – A top-of-the-range layout that can be controlled (light, sound, etc.) by a touch screen.
