1. Presentation of the market equipment and technology to the project team. 2. Definition of needs, budgeting, and drafting a specifications document.

Intermediate deliverables

3. Submission of a budget summary document (Excel format). 4. 2D layout plans of the space with the selected solution.

Validation via video conference

5. Validation of prerequisites (cable runs, positioning of power and low-voltage outlets). 6. Validation of the proposed solution with the project team.

Final deliverable

7. Drafting of the functional specifications document. > This will include detailed plans and diagrams for executing the project, ensuring quality in the final result.

Our consulting service includes a validation period of X days, depending on the project and the number of spaces defined in consultation with you.

During this period, you will have the opportunity to evaluate our methodology, the quality of our work, and engage with the engineer responsible for your project.

At the end of this period, you have two options:

– If you are satisfied: We will continue the audit according to the terms of the current offer.

– If you are not satisfied: You will only pay for the days of audit used at the standard rate and will receive only the deliverables completed by MOTILDE during this period.
