France Mutualiste had recently installed a high-end videoconferencing room for the director, featuring EXTRON programming. However, the system proved to be overly complex and malfunctioned. The challenge was to simplify usage while maintaining optimal quality. The identified needs were:

• A user-friendly solution, similar to Teams Room.
• The capability to record meetings outside of Teams (using an external recorder).
• Complete elimination of complex programming.
• Enhanced audio clarity for individuals seated at the back of the room.

Additionally, the room is divided by a partition, not to create two separate spaces, but to occasionally expand the room. This setup created audio issues for those seated at the back, requiring a high-quality audio solution.

In line with the client’s wishes, Motilde initially provided the equipment on a trial basis for two weeks, allowing the management team to become acquainted with the new solutions and experience their ease of use. Once confidence was established, we proceeded with the permanent installation of the equipment.

Today, the director’s videoconferencing room at France Mutualiste is operating at full capacity.
