Renewal and innovation at EFESO: Motilde modernizes the strategy room
EFESO CONSULTING, located on the Champs-Élysées, wanted to give a fresh look to its Strategy Room, a key space used to host important clients.
The room faced several challenges: the electrical outlets were hard to access as they were located on the floor, the furniture was not suited to the types of meetings, and the aging technology was difficult for management to use.
To address these needs, Motilde began with a complete audit, carefully rethinking the room’s uses and ergonomics.
We then designed custom furniture and solutions based on the client’s specific needs and provided a loan of equipment to ensure that the proposed materials met the client’s expectations.
Results:
- A room equipped with a modern and elegant table, including easily accessible outlets on the surface.
- A custom-made TV cabinet (with the client’s logo) featuring a lift system, allowing the screen to be revealed or concealed effortlessly with a remote control.
- On the technology side, an integrated touchscreen with Teams Room enables video conferences to start automatically without a computer.
Since its redesign, the Strategy Room is always occupied, and the client is extremely satisfied with the work done by our teams. Thanks to Motilde, EFESO now has a modern, functional space perfectly suited to its needs, offering a seamless and professional experience for the group’s management to host and impress important clients.
